How to complain
- Email hello@kousesh.com with your order number and what happened, ideally with a photo.
- We reply within 14 days. If we don’t, your complaint is accepted.
- We pay for sending a faulty tee back to us.
- We are responsible for faults for 2 years from delivery: replacement or repair first, then a price reduction or a refund.
Not a fault
- The raw, hand-cut hem rolling slightly after washing. It is designed that way.
- Small differences between pieces, because each one is finished and numbered by hand.

To nie jest wada
- Surowy, cięty dół, który po praniu lekko się zawija. Tak jest zaprojektowany.
- Drobne różnice między sztukami wykańczanymi i numerowanymi ręcznie.
Delivery
- InPost locker: 16,49 zł. At checkout you choose a Paczkomat on InPost’s map and enter its code.
- Courier to your door: 19,49 zł.
- We ship within [3] working days. Before shipping, each piece is cut and numbered by hand. You get the tracking number by email.
Payment
- In advance, through Stripe: BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- No cash on delivery.
In the parcel
- Your tee wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a K sticker, and a card with your piece number, care instructions and maker details.
Dostawa
- Paczkomat InPost: 16,49 zł. Przy zamówieniu wybierasz paczkomat na mapie InPost i wpisujesz jego kod.
- Kurier pod drzwi: 19,49 zł.
- Nadajemy w ciągu [3] dni roboczych. Przed wysyłką każdą sztukę docinamy i numerujemy ręcznie. Numer przesyłki wysyłamy e-mailem.
Płatność
- Z góry przez Stripe: BLIK, karta, Apple Pay lub Google Pay.
- Bez płatności przy odbiorze.
W paczce
- Koszulka w bibule zaklejonej naklejką z K i kartka z numerem sztuki, zasadami prania i danymi producenta.
You have 14 days from picking up your parcel to change your mind. No reason needed.
How to return
- Use Withdraw from a purchase (linked at the bottom of every page), or email hello@kousesh.com within 14 days. Your order number is enough.
- We confirm by email and send you the return address.
- Send the tee back within 14 days. You pay for return shipping, unless the tee is faulty (then it is a complaint and we pay).
- We refund the full price and the delivery cost to you, to the same payment method, within 14 days of your message. We may wait until the tee is back or you show proof of sending.
Good to know
- Try it on as you would in a shop. If it has been worn or washed, we may reduce the refund by the lost value.

- Zwracamy całą cenę i koszt dostawy do Ciebie, tą samą metodą płatności, w ciągu 14 dni od Twojej wiadomości. Możemy poczekać, aż koszulka wróci albo pokażesz dowód nadania.
Dobrze wiedzieć
- Możesz ją przymierzyć jak w sklepie. Jeśli była noszona lub prana, możemy obniżyć zwrot o utratę wartości.
1. About these Terms
- These Terms set out how you buy from the kousesh.com shop. The Seller’s full details are in section 11, at the end.
- These Terms are available free of charge before you order, and you can save or print them.
2. What you need
- A device with internet access and an up-to-date browser, a working email address and JavaScript turned on.
- You don’t need an account to buy. You may not send unlawful content.
3. Ordering
- You choose a size, a delivery method and a payment method, then click “Buy and pay”.
- Before you pay, you see the total price with taxes and the delivery cost.
- The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email. It contains these Terms.
- Tee 01 is made in a limited, numbered run. If we cannot fulfil your order, we tell you straight away and refund everything.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Polish złoty and are final, including all taxes. Delivery is shown separately before you order.
- You pay in advance through Stripe: BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We don’t take cash on delivery.
- When a price is reduced, we also show the lowest price from the 30 days before the reduction.
5. Delivery
- We deliver in Poland by InPost locker or courier.
- We ship within [3] working days of payment. Each piece is finished by hand: hem cut and numbered.
6. Your right to withdraw
- As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, take possession of the item.
- It is enough to send us your statement before the period ends: by email to hello@kousesh.com, through the “Withdraw from your purchase” button on the site, or with the model withdrawal form. We confirm receipt by email.
- Send the item back to [return address] within 14 days of withdrawing. You pay the direct cost of returning it. If the item is faulty, see section 7: then we pay.
- We refund all payments, including the cost of delivery to you (up to the cheapest standard option we offer), within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may wait until the item is back with us or you show proof of sending it, whichever comes first.
- You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (for example wearing or washing it).
- These rights also apply to a sole trader who buys for non-professional purposes.
7. Complaints
- We are responsible for the item conforming to the contract for 2 years from delivery.
- Send complaints to hello@kousesh.com. A description and a photo help, but are not required.
- We reply within 14 days. If we don’t, the complaint is accepted.
- If the item is faulty, we pay for sending it back to us.
- You can ask for a replacement or a repair. If that is impossible or fails, you can ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract, as set out in the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
- A raw hem that rolls slightly after washing and small differences between hand-finished pieces are described features of the product.
8. Personal data
We use your order details to fulfil the contract, ship your parcel and meet legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy.
9. Settling disputes out of court
You can ask your local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the regional Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) for help. Details are on the UOKiK website.
10. Final provisions
- Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. These Terms do not limit your rights as a consumer.
- Changes to these Terms do not affect orders placed before the change.
11. Seller details
[full name], [address], email hello@kousesh.com (the Seller). The Seller sells as an unregistered activity under Article 5(1) of the Polish Entrepreneurs’ Law.
§1. O regulaminie
- Regulamin określa zasady zakupów w sklepie kousesh.com. Pełne dane Sprzedawcy są w §11, na końcu.
- Regulamin jest dostępny bezpłatnie przed złożeniem zamówienia i można go zapisać lub wydrukować.
§2. Co jest potrzebne do zakupu
- Urządzenie z dostępem do internetu i aktualną przeglądarką, aktywny adres e-mail oraz włączona obsługa JavaScript.
- Zakup nie wymaga zakładania konta. Zakazane jest dostarczanie treści o charakterze bezprawnym.
§3. Zamówienie
- Kupujący wybiera rozmiar, sposób dostawy i płatności, a następnie klika „Buy and pay” (kupuję i płacę).
- Przed zapłatą Kupujący widzi łączną cenę z podatkami i koszt dostawy.
- Umowa zostaje zawarta z chwilą otrzymania e-maila potwierdzającego zamówienie, który zawiera regulamin.
- Tee 01 powstaje w krótkiej, numerowanej serii. Jeśli zamówienia nie da się zrealizować, Sprzedawca od razu informuje Kupującego i zwraca całą zapłatę.
§4. Ceny i płatności
- Ceny są w złotych i są cenami końcowymi, z wszystkimi podatkami. Koszt dostawy jest podany osobno przed zamówieniem.
- Płatność z góry przez Stripe: BLIK, karta, Apple Pay lub Google Pay. Brak płatności przy odbiorze.
- Przy obniżce ceny sklep pokazuje także najniższą cenę z 30 dni przed obniżką.
§5. Dostawa
- Dostawa na terenie Polski: Paczkomat InPost albo kurier.
- Nadanie w ciągu [3] dni roboczych od zapłaty. Każda sztuka jest wykańczana ręcznie: cięcie dołu, numer.
§6. Prawo odstąpienia od umowy
- Konsument może odstąpić od umowy w terminie 14 dni bez podania przyczyny, licząc od dnia objęcia rzeczy w posiadanie przez niego lub wskazaną przez niego osobę inną niż przewoźnik.
- Wystarczy wysłać oświadczenie przed upływem terminu: e-mailem na hello@kousesh.com, przyciskiem „Withdraw from your purchase” na stronie albo na wzorze formularza. Sprzedawca potwierdza otrzymanie e-mailem.
- Rzecz należy odesłać na adres [adres do zwrotów] w ciągu 14 dni od odstąpienia. Bezpośredni koszt odesłania ponosi Konsument. Gdy towar jest wadliwy, obowiązuje §7 i koszt ponosi Sprzedawca.
- Sprzedawca zwraca wszystkie płatności, w tym koszt dostawy do Konsumenta (do wysokości najtańszego zwykłego sposobu dostawy w sklepie), w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania oświadczenia, tą samą metodą płatności. Może wstrzymać zwrot do otrzymania rzeczy albo dowodu jej odesłania.
- Konsument odpowiada za zmniejszenie wartości rzeczy wynikające z korzystania z niej ponad to, co konieczne do stwierdzenia jej charakteru, cech i funkcjonowania.
- Prawa te przysługują także osobie fizycznej prowadzącej działalność gospodarczą, gdy zakup nie ma dla niej charakteru zawodowego.
§7. Reklamacje
- Sprzedawca odpowiada za zgodność towaru z umową przez 2 lata od dostarczenia.
- Reklamację można zgłosić na hello@kousesh.com. Opis i zdjęcie pomagają, ale nie są wymagane.
- Odpowiedź w ciągu 14 dni. Brak odpowiedzi oznacza uznanie reklamacji.
- Gdy towar jest wadliwy, koszt odesłania pokrywa Sprzedawca.
- Konsument może żądać wymiany lub naprawy, a gdy to niemożliwe albo się nie udało, obniżenia ceny lub odstąpienia od umowy, na zasadach ustawy o prawach konsumenta.
- Lekko zawijający się po praniu surowy dół i drobne różnice między sztukami wykańczanymi ręcznie są opisaną cechą produktu.
§8. Dane osobowe
Dane z zamówienia przetwarzamy, żeby zrealizować umowę, wysłać paczkę i wypełnić obowiązki prawne. Szczegóły w Polityce prywatności.
§9. Pozasądowe rozwiązywanie sporów
Konsument może skorzystać z pomocy powiatowego (miejskiego) rzecznika konsumentów lub wojewódzkiego inspektoratu Inspekcji Handlowej. Informacje na stronie UOKiK.
§10. Postanowienia końcowe
- Stosuje się prawo polskie, w szczególności Kodeks cywilny i ustawę o prawach konsumenta. Regulamin nie ogranicza praw Konsumenta.
- Zmiana regulaminu nie dotyczy zamówień złożonych wcześniej.
§11. Dane Sprzedawcy
